Black Bean Garlic Pork

Using a crock pot or instant pot

Black Bean Garlic Pork

½ cup of black bean garlic sauce (I use Lee Kum Kee because it doesn’t have any msg added to it)

1 teaspoons of minced garlic (I usually just use however much garlic looks good in the mix but 2 teaspoons is a nice place to start)

3 Tablespoons of soy sauce

4 teaspoons of sesame oil

¼ cup plus 2 Tablespoons of lime juice

2 Tablespoons of fresh pureed ginger

Mix all ingredients together, place about 3 pounds of boneless pork chops into an instant pot of crock pot and cover with the black bean garlic sauce mixture. Cook according to normal directions for your appliance.
