
So, I said I’d post the successes and failures. Here’s my first major puff pastry fail. When everything says “you can refrigerate for 1-2 days tightly wrapped in plastic wrap” don’t loosely wrap it and forget about it for a week lol

It puffed really nice but shrunk away from the sides and wasn’t fully cooked inside 🙁
This pastry dough was clearly overworked lol.
Oh well, lesson learned.
